At a time when disinformation spreads faster than truth, media ownership continues to concentrate, and public interest journalism faces deep structural challenges, the future of democratic media is a defining issue for our societies.

The Media Democracy Festival brings together the people working to change this.

Through keynote talks, panels, collaborative workshops and a live peoples’ assembly, the festival will explore how we rebuild trust in information, strengthen public interest journalism, and develop democratic alternatives to today’s media systems.
